Common use of Ownership of REIT Shares Clause in Contracts

Ownership of REIT Shares. Each Holder shall provide to LTC, within 10 days of any written request therefor, a statement describing the number of REIT Shares actually or constructively owned by such Holder and all direct and indirect owners of such Holder for purposes of the REIT Requirements as determined under Section 318(a) of the Code as modified by Section 856(d)(5) of the Code, or Section 544 of the Code as modified by Section 856(h) of the Code.
