Common use of Ownership of Services Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Services. The Services, Site and all technology, content, data and other materials used, displayed or provided or received by User in connection with the Services or Site (“BITEEU Materials”) together with all intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing are, as between User and BITEEU, owned by BITEEU.

The ServicesSERVICES, Site SITE and all technology, content, data and other materials used, displayed or provided or received by User you in connection with the Services SERVICES or Site SITE (“BITEEU Materials”hereinafter, the 'MATERIALS') together with all intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing areforegoing, as between User and BITEEU, are owned by BITEEUthe EXCHANGE.
