Ownership of Subscription Receipts. The Company and the Subscription Receipt Agent may deem and treat the registered owner of any Subscription Receipts as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes, and the Company and the Subscription Receipt Agent shall not be affected by any notice or knowledge to the contrary except where the Company or the Subscription Receipt Agent is required to take notice by statute or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
