Ownership of Tax Benefits. it is the intention of the parties that any tax benefits resulting from ownership of the Mortgaged Property and any tax credit or comparable credit which may ever be available shall accrue to the benefit of Company, and Company shall, and Issuer upon advice of counsel shall, make any election and take other action in accordance with the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder as may be necessary to entitle Company to have such benefit and credit.
