Common use of Ownership of Tenant’s Equipment Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Tenant’s Equipment. All Tenant’s Equipment shall be and remain the property of Tenant during the Lease Term. Tenant shall bear all costs and expenses incurred in installing, removing, storing or disposing of Tenant’s Equipment pursuant to this paragraph and Paragraph 27 and shall repair at its expense all damage to the Premises caused by the installation and removal thereof, whether effectuated by Tenant or Landlord (as provided in Paragraph 27).
