Common use of Ownership of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Goods. By entering into this contract you warrant that: (a) The goods to be removed are your own property, or (b) You have authority from the owner of the property to enter into this contract in respect of the goods to be moved or stored. You will indemnify us in respect of any damages and/or costs against us if these warranties are not true.
