Packaging and Identification. The Seller agrees that all the packaging charges made for the merchandise included in this Order shall be exclusively covered by the Seller, unless it is otherwise agreed in this Order. The Seller agrees to pack the merchandise or work set forth herein for its delivery in a necessary manner that prevents damages that may be caused to such goods. Also, the Seller agrees to xxxx or label the packages in accordance with the instructions of the Buyer. Unless there is contrary information, the labeling of the merchandise shall be made in accordance with the Mexican Official Standard corresponding to the acquired material, if no official standard exists the labels shall include at least the following information:

Packaging and Identification. Each shipment under this Order must be positively identified by suitable marking on the outside of each package, including notice of hazardous substances, in accordance with industry standards and will comply with applicable laws, including all applicable provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and carrier requirements. An itemized list of contents must be contained in each shipment bearing the order number and on the outside of each shipment in format approved by Buyer. No charge will be allowed by Buyer for cartage or packing unless agreed upon beforehand in writing. All expenses incurred by Seller’s failure to furnish necessary shipping documents shall be charged to Seller. All goods will be packed in accordance with ATA 300. All wood packaging material manufactured out of coniferous and non-coniferous raw wood must meet the requirements of ISPM 15-2002.
Packaging and Identification. The packaging (or packing, if applicable) shall be performed according to the Particular Conditions. The Products shall be duly packed for transportation and delivery to the destination location, in order to ensure that, when received by the Company, the Products will be fit for the intended purpose. The packaging shall be suitable to secure and protect the product during transport and storage, and designed taking into account the specific characteristics, dangerousness and size of each product. For an adequate handling, without the products and people being exposed to any risk, all packaging shall be labelled with the signs, warnings and identification corresponding to each kind of product. Each label shall include the Order number and item of the order to which the product corresponds. A description of the Product packed shall be duly submitted. Imported products shall include the corresponding import clearance certificate or bear the corresponding import stamp. Any loss, destruction or damage resulting from an insufficient or defective packaging or identification shall be the exclusive fault of the Supplier. Should the Products suffer any kind of damage as a result of the failure to comply with the provisions of this Section, the Supplier shall bear all costs (including, but not limited to, import duties and expenses incurred in the delivery of the repaired or replaced Products to the Company). Unless otherwise stated in the Particular Conditions, packages or containers shall be considered non-returnable.

Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • T1 IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES During the restoration of service after a disaster, BellSouth may be forced to aggregate traffic for delivery to a CLEC. During this process, T1 traffic may be consolidated onto DS3s and may become unidentifiable to the Carrier. Because resources will be limited, BellSouth may be forced to "package" this traffic entirely differently then normally received by the CLECs. Therefore, a method for identifying the T1 traffic on the DS3s and providing the information to the Carriers is required.
