Dangerous Products Clause Samples

The 'Dangerous Products' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to products that are hazardous or pose safety risks. It typically outlines the obligations of the seller or manufacturer to disclose any dangers associated with their products, ensure proper labeling, and comply with relevant safety regulations. For example, it may require that flammable, toxic, or otherwise hazardous items be clearly identified and handled according to legal standards. The core function of this clause is to protect users and third parties from harm, allocate liability, and ensure that all parties are aware of and manage the risks associated with dangerous products.
