Packaging Design. When requested by Buyer, Seller shall submit to Buyer two copies of Seller’s proposed preparation procedure and packing design, not less than 30 days before first shipment, for Buyer approval, and Seller shall prepare and package in accordance with the procedure and design approved by Buyer.
Packaging Design. (a) Affiliate shall consult with and obtain II's approval of all packaging design and artwork prior to manufacturing Units of each Version. Approval by II shall not be unreasonably withheld. (b) Affiliate will clearly mark ▇▇▇ packaging of each Unit as to platform, operating system, operating requirements such as memory, and bar code information. Affiliate will shrink-wrap or otherwise provide secure closure for all finished Units delivered to II. If II provides to Affiliate a label that shows II's name and logo as distributor, Affiliate will affix the label to the front of the outside of each Unit's packaging, provided that the label does not obscure the title of the Title or the Affiliate's name or logo and is reasonable in size.
Packaging Design. Diffon shall work with Franklin in dealing with the design and printing specifications needed by Franklin's customers. This includes, but is not limited to, items related to the customization of the Product, Product gift box, and other brandable or designable items that come with the Product.
Packaging Design. If the contractor prefers not to use the Government-furnished SPI, the contractor shall: C.3.2.4.1 Develop and document Level A and B packaging for the M61Canisters as defined in MIL-STD- 2073-1E. C.3.2.4.2 Determine the methods of preservation (unit packing), packing (shipping container configuration), unitization and marking procedures. (Definitions are provided in MIL-STD-2073-1E). Mark packaging in accordance with MIL-STD-129P. C.3.2.4.3 Document packaging requirements as a Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) in accordance with (Contracting Data Reporting List) CDRL B001. Use packaging that protects the M61 Canisters against direct exposure to extremes of climate, operational, transportation, and storage environments, without protection other than that provided by the packaging. (The Government shall have unlimited rights to packaging data.) C.3.2.4.4 Fabricate packaging prototypes and test in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and PRF EA-C- 2251 for: (a) multiple handling during transportation and in-transit storage from point of origin to final user; (b) the transportability requirements of the system, including transport via any mode; (c) shock, vibration and static loading during shipment; (d) maintenance of the cleanliness of critical system components during shipment and storage, without causing any system performance degradation; (e) environmental exposure during shipment or during in transit operations where port and warehouse facilities are limited or nonexistent; (f) storage environmental requirements of the system, for a period of ten (10) years in climatic conditions ranging from -50 degrees F to +160 degrees F; (g) outdoor storage in all climatic conditions as defined in MIL-STD-810G, for a minimum of one (1) year. C.3.2.4.5 Provide packaging capable of providing environmental protection to it’s contents for a period of twelve (12) continuous weeks under the following conditions: Condition Parameters Desert (D) 71 ± 3 °C Tropic (T) 45 ± 2°C85 ± 5% RH Arctic (A) -46 ± 2 °C Cyclic Rotation of the items through the above storage conditions at one (1) week intervals as follows:D-A-T-D-A-T-D-A-T-D-A-T

Related to Packaging Design

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time. (b) The Supplier shall not change any process, material, component, packaging or manufacturing location without the Purchaser’s express prior written approval.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery. (b) During the term of this Agreement, the Manager agrees to furnish the Sub-Adviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, or Marketing Materials prepared for distribution to shareholders of each Series, or the public that refer to the Sub-Adviser in any way, prior to the use thereof, and the Manager shall not use any such materials if the Sub-Adviser reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. The Sub-Adviser’s right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients. The Manager agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that materials prepared by its employees or agents or its affiliates that refer to the Sub-Adviser or its clients in any way are consistent with those materials previously approved by the Sub-Adviser as referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Sub-Adviser by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.
