Common use of Packaging Reusable and Recyclable Clause in Contracts

Packaging Reusable and Recyclable. Flextronics shall use only packaging that complies with the Canadian Code of Preferred Packaging Practices and equivalent legislated requirements, as applicable. Flextronics shall strive to minimize all product packaging and to design packaging that delivers reusable/returnable packaging options or is constructed of recyclable materials.

Packaging Reusable and Recyclable. In respect of the Materials, Flextronics shall use only packaging that complies with the Canadian Code Section 1.4 of Preferred Packaging Practices Exhibit “1-B” and equivalent legislated requirements, as applicablecovenants and agrees to comply with applicable legislative requirements in other relevant jurisdictions. Flextronics shall strive to minimize all product packaging and to design packaging that delivers reusable/returnable packaging options or is constructed of recyclable materials.
