Packing and Transportation. 6.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, terms of delivery are DAP (Incoterms in its last version) to the “ship to “ facility referenced in the Purchase Order.
6.2 Seller shall ensure that the Goods are properly packed and secured in such manner as to enable them to reach their destination in good condition. No separate payment will be made for any packing materials, except otherwise stated in the Purchase Order or subsequently agreed in writing by Xxxxx.
6.3 Each delivery of the Goods and/or Services shall be accompanied by a delivery note which shows the date of the Purchase Order, the Purchase Order number, the type and quantity of the Goods and/or Services, special storage instructions (if any) and, if the Goods are being delivered by instalments, and the outstanding balance remaining to be delivered.
6.4 If the Seller requires the Buyer to return any packaging material of the Goods to the Seller, that fact should be clearly stated on the delivery note. Any such packaging material shall only be returned to the Seller at the cost and risk of Seller.
Packing and Transportation. The items should be transported in proper seaworthy packing and proper slings and lifting points for easy handling has to be provided. The details provided with the site logistics and infrastructure facilities in SECTION 5 should be considered thoroughly. For loading, unloading, transportation to and within the island and all other related activities for these items. To provide the ease of transportation and also to avoid complexities in the installation, all the critical items should be skid mounted. Hooks for connecting the slings shall be provided for the items. A detailed project schedule that ensures the realization of the entire project within the stipulated time needs to be submitted along with the bid. At the time of signing the contract, the approved project schedule forms a part of the contract, based on which any subsequent LD shall be levied on any significant deviation from such mutually agreed schedule, depending on the circumstances of each such deviation.

The Goods shall be packed by Contractor for transportation and storage in accordance with internationally recognised good practices and standards applicable to goods of the type to be supplied under this MSA and in accordance with any special requirements as set out in this MSA, so as to reach the point of use undamaged and in good condition and, to the extent not immediately used, shall ensure that the Goods are preserved in good condition until: (i) the Goods are permanently removed from packaging at the point of use; or (ii) the expiry of the Warranty Period, whichever is the earlier. Unless otherwise stated in this MSA, all costs in connection with packing and transportation, including packaging, protection and the provision of appropriate transportation and/or storage containers and fastenings shall be included in the rates and prices as set out in this MSA. All handling and storage instructions shall be clearly displayed on the outside of all packaging and containers. Marking of the Goods shall be in accordance with the terms of the relevant Call-Off Order. Contractor shall send with each consignment of the Goods (and at the same time provide Company Representative with a copy of the same): (i) a packing note (together with a copy of material test certificate(s) where applicable) detailing the number of this MSA, description, code number (if any) and the quantity of Goods consigned; (ii) an advice note including the details set out in Clause (c)(i); (iii) additional documentation as detailed in this MSA or any Amendment or Variation; (iv) Contractor’s clear and full instructions with regard to the safe handling and storage of the Goods; (v) all customs documentation required for the Goods; and (vi) all documentation necessary to prove the Goods supplied have been inspected and tested and are properly completed and therefore in accordance with the provisions of this MSA.

Packing and Transportation. 1. The Lender certifies that the objects lent are in such condition as to withstand ordinary strains of packing, transportation and handling as agreed upon. A written report of the condition of objects prior to shipment shall be sent by the Lender to the Borrower, otherwise, it will be assumed that objects are received in the same condition as when leaving the Lender’s possession. Condition records will be made at the Borrower’s location on arrival and departure. Evidence of damage at the time of receipt by Xxxxxxxx shall be reported immediately to the Lender.
2. Costs of transportation and packing will be borne by the Borrower unless the loan is at the Lender’s request or otherwise noted on the reverse of this form. The method of shipment must be agreed upon by both parties.
3. The Borrower certifies that the objects borrowed are adequately and securely packed for the type of return shipment agreed upon, including any special instructions for unpacking and repacking. Objects shall be returned packed in the same or similar materials as received unless otherwise authorized by the Lender. Evidence of damage at the time of receipt by Xxxxxx shall be reported immediately to the Borrower.

Packing and Transportation. 8.1. All Products shall be packaged appropriately for the method of transportation and in accordance with the Specifications. All Products shall be shipped in accordance with written shipping instructions provided by Harmonic, or if no such instructions are provided, by best route and mode of transportation. Plexus shall be liable for any cost, loss, damage, liability or excess shipping costs resulting from routing differing from Harmonic’s instructions. Unless otherwise specified on the Order, for any shipments subject to FCA terms as specified in Section 7.1, Plexus shall prepay and add to invoice the cost of freight and any taxes, VAT, duties, customs, or other charges or fees assessed by any government applicable to the transaction, that would apply to the requested destination.
8.2. Each party shall provide reasonable assistance to the other party with respect to applicable import and export activity necessary for product shipments. Harmonic further agrees to submit requested export information to Plexus pursuant to Plexus Guidelines for Harmonic-Driven Export Shipments. All merchandise shall be packed, marked and transported as specified in the Purchase Order or in Purchaser’s instruction note attached to this Purchase Order but if not specified then in a proper and suitable manner and in all cases in accordance with the proper requirements of the carriers. In the case of merchandise dispatched from outside of Indonesia, Seller shall upon such dispatch or immediately thereafter notify Purchaser in writing of, the date of dispatch, the number of the order, the kind ant the quantity of the merchandise dispatched and the route and method by which the merchandise will be transported to the designated point of destination as specified in the Purchase Order. Seller shall be liable for any difference in freight charges arising from its failure to follow any transport instructions in this Purchase Order or properly describe the merchandise transported. Purchaser and Seller shall assist each order in obtaining documents and other information desirable for the prosecution of claims against carriers.
