Pad Site Sharing Agreement Required In Due Course. Insofar as there are any shared Well Pads serving xxxxx governed by this Agreement and other xxxxx not governed by this Agreement, the nature of the cost allocations, management of shared facilities and potential liability and indemnification obligations are such that it is the Parties’ intention that any such Well Pad shall ultimately be governed by a pad site sharing agreement using as a starting point the 2018 PJVA-CAPL Model Pad Site Sharing Agreement.
