Paid Education Leave Contributions. The Company shall contribute to a special paid education leave fund for Employees and Owner Operators for the purpose of upgrading skills in all aspects of union functions. Such monies will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by Unifor. Contributions are as follows: 1) twenty ($0.20) cents per service day per Hourly Employee and Owner Operator in Ontario; 2) twenty-five ($0.25) cents per service day per Hourly Employee and Owner Operator in all other provinces. This provision replaces any and all Paid Education Leave provisions in any Provincial Appendix.
