Paid Education Leave Contributions. The Company agrees to pay into a special fund two ($0.02) cents per hour per hourly employee for all compensated hours and twenty cents ($0.20) per day per owner operators for all owner operators for the purpose of providing paid education leave. The paid education leave will be for the purpose of upgrading the employee and owner operator’s skills in all aspects of union functions.
