Leave for a Full-Time Union Position. Any employee or owner operator elected or appointed to a full-time position with the National or Local Union or affiliated organizations shall be granted an indefinite leave of absence without pay provided that thirty (30) days’ notice is given the Company prior to the beginning of such leave. During such leave, the employee or owner operator’s seniority shall accumulate. Health and welfare benefits shall be suspended thirty (30) days after such leave commences, and annual vacation benefits shall be suspended immediately. They will both again be in effect the first (1st) day the employee or owner operator returns to work.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.
