Common use of Paid licenses Clause in Contracts

Paid licenses. For the duration of your subscription license or (in the case of term or perpetual licenses) for any applicable period for which you have purchased maintenance and support (the “Maintenance Period”), you will receive support as described in further detail below. During the subscription or Maintenance Period, you are entitled to the support package as determined at time of purchase and set forth on the Order and described in greater detail here: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/fiddler-everywhere/support subject to the limitations and restrictions described in the following Fair Usage Policy. You will lose the right to receive support and Updates at the end of your subscription or Maintenance Period, unless you renew your subscription or your access to updates and support for additional Maintenance Period(s) with us at additional cost.
