Paid Time Off and Termination of Employment. Resignation with proper notice – Employees who resign with proper notice, a minimum of two weeks, will be eligible to receive payment for all vacation time at 100% the value. Employees who resign with at least 1 week, but less than 2 weeks’ notice will be eligible to receive payment for all vacation time at 50% of the value. Employees who are unable to give notice as described above due to unforeseen mitigating circumstances shall receive payment for all vacation time at 100% the value.
