Panel Actions. The arbitration panel may render awards of monetary ------------- damages, direction to take or refrain from taking action, or both. However, the arbitration panel may not award monetary damages in excess of the damages allowed pursuant to Article 8. The arbitration panel may, at its discretion, require any Party to the arbitration to reimburse any other Party to the arbitration for all or any part of the expenses of the arbitration paid by the other Party and the attorneys' fees and other expenses reasonably incurred by the other Party in connection with the arbitration. Judgment upon the award rendered in the arbitration may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
