Common use of Par Clause in Contracts

Par. 8.8: Paragraph 8.8, of the Lease shall be modified as follows, "...accessible or not, unless due to lessor's negligence, willful misconduct, breach of express warranties, and/or building defects, (except for defects in structural alterations specifically required for Lessee's use and occupancy, to be installed by Lessee).".

Par. 8.88.7: Paragraph 8.88.7, of the Lease shall be modified as follows, "...accessible or not, unless due to lessorExcept for Lessor's negligence, willful misconduct, breach of express warranties, and/or building defects, (except for defects in structural alterations specifically required for Lessee's use and occupancy, to be installed by Lessee)., Lessee...".
