Paraeducator Substitutes Clause Samples
The Paraeducator Substitutes clause establishes the procedures and conditions under which substitute paraeducators may be assigned when regular paraeducators are absent. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting substitutes, the qualifications required, and how assignments are prioritized or distributed among available substitutes. Its core function is to ensure continuity of support services for students by providing a clear framework for filling temporary paraeducator vacancies, thereby minimizing disruptions in educational assistance.
