Common use of Paragraph E Clause in Contracts

Paragraph E. 1.1 of Appendix E is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: E.1.1 Owner shall pay to CH2M HILL OMI as compensation for services performed under this Agreement a Base Fee of Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Two Dollars ($986,902) which includes the Sludge Hauling Limit, Chemical Limit, and FOG costs which shall be payable in twelve monthly installments of Eighty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One Dollars and Eighty-Three Cents ($82,241.83) for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Subsequent years’ base fees shall be determined as hereinafter specified.

Owner shall pay to CH2M HILL OMI as compensation for services performed under this Agreement a Base Fee of Nine Eight Hundred EightyForty-Six Five Thousand Nine Five Hundred Two Ninety Dollars and No Cents ($986,902845,590.00) which includes the Sludge Hauling LimitHauling, Chemical LimitCosts, and FOG costs which shall be payable in twelve monthly installments of EightySeventy Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One Five Dollars and Eighty-Three Four Cents ($82,241.8370,465.84) for the period of October 1, 2023 2021 through September 30, 20242022. Subsequent years’ base fees shall be determined as hereinafter specified.

Subsequent years’ base fees shall be determined as hereinafter specified.
