Common use of PARAGRAPH HEADINGS; GRAMMAR Clause in Contracts

PARAGRAPH HEADINGS; GRAMMAR. All paragraph headings are made for the purposes of ease of location of terms and shall not affect or vary the terms hereof. Throughout this lease, wherever the words, "Landlord" and "Tenant" are used they shall include and imply to the singular, plural, persons both male and female, and all sorts of entities and in reading said lease, the necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions hereof mean and apply as aforesaid shall be made in the same manner as though originally included in said lease.
