PARAGRAPH THREE. In the cases referred to in the Paragraph Two of this Clause, the CLIENT shall provide, upon request by the BNDES System, a copy of the decisions and agreements, judicial or extrajudicial, reached in the aforementioned proceedings, as well as detailed information on the measures taken as a result of such proceedings, if available.
