Section 14. Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.

Section 14. 8 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 9 the following general job classifications: Child Nutrition Services, Custodial, Paraeducators, Grounds, 10 Trades, and Warehouse (includes Laundry). Nothing within this Agreement pertains to employees not 11 employed on a regular basis.
Section 14. 33 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 34 the following general job classifications: Transportation, Custodial, Maintenance, Secretarial-Clerical, 35 Para-Educators, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter and Food Service; except the 36 following positions: Business Manager (1), the Superintendent’s Secretary (1), Fiscal Assistant (1), 37 Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) and the Transportation Supervisor (1).

Section 14. 13 The District shall enter into no agreement or contract with employees subject to this Agreement which 14 is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Section 14. 2. Section 14.2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced as follows:

Section 14. 10 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in the 11 following general job classifications: 13 Administrative Assistant Maintenance - Grounds 14 Instructional Assistants Professional - Technical 15 Custodial Technology Support 16 Food Service Transportation 18 The Superintendent/Board of Directors' Secretary, Payroll Secretary and the District Auditor are exempt 19 from Association representation.
