Parent Request. If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the District with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA or the Act, the District will promptly notify Contractor’s Designated Representative and Contractor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of District’s notice. Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Contractor shall promptly notify the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.

If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the District with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA, the District will promptly notify Infinite Campus’ Designated Representative and Infinite Campus shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of District’s notice with standard fees applied. Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts Infinite Campus with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Infinite Campus shall promptly notify the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.

Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct School Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Contractor shall promptly notify School and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist School in fulfilling such requests, as directed by School.

If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the CSDB with a request to review or correct CSDB Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA or the Student Data Transparency and Security Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq. (the “Act”), the CSDB will promptly notify Contractor’s Designated Representative and Contractor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the CSDB in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the CSDB, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of CSDB’s notice. Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct CSDB Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Contractor shall promptly notify the CSDB and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the CSDB in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the CSDB.

If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the District with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA or the Act, the District will promptly notify Contractor’s Designated Representative and Contractor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District, as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable law. Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable law, Contractor shall promptly notify the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.

If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the District with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA or the Student Data DPS Software Services Agreement 33 Version 3.0 – Updated 3/25/2020 Transparency and Security Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq. (the “Act”), the District will promptly notify Contractor’s Designated Representative and Contractor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of District’s notice. Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Contractor shall promptly refer that parent, legal guardian or student to the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.

If a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the District with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, pursuant to FERPA, the District will promptly notify Designated Representative and Infinite Campus shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of contacts Infinite Campus with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Infinite Campus shall promptly notify the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.

Conversely, if a parent, legal guardian or student contacts the Contractor with a request to review or correct District Data or PII, within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of such notice, Contractor shall promptly notify the District and shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to assist the District in fulfilling such requests, as directed by the District.
