School Data definition

School Data means Personal Data relating to students, parents and guardians, and staff at the School, and other data regarding the school, including year group information;
School Data means any Personally Identifiable Information, Record, Education Record and all Personally Identifiable Information included therein or derived therefrom that is not intentionally made generally available by School on public websites or publications but is made available directly or indirectly by School to Contractor or that is otherwise collected or generated by Contractor in connection with the performance of the Services.
School Data means any content, accounts, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the school management system of the Service or that the School derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud. The School Data and its derivatives will not include OrangeApps Confidential Information.

More Definitions of School Data

School Data means information, including, but not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information, business, administrative and financial information, intellectual property information, and other information that is not intentionally made generally available by the School on public websites or publications, that is provided to Vendor by or at the direction of School in the course of Vendor's performance under this Agreement. "School Data" includes meta data and data derived from the use of School Data and metadata.
School Data means the data (including the Blogs) inputted by the School, Authorised Users, or RM Literacy on the School’s behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the School’s use of the Services.
School Data means all information, files, content, figures, images, text, files or other data, including data concerning school lunch purchases, as well as student Personal Identifiable Information, provided by the School to HPS in connection with the Services.
School Data means all personal data of Learners that, alone or in combination, is linked or is linkable to a specific Learner.
School Data means all data, including all personal information about Users, as described in the Privacy Policy, that is provided to ParentSquare by, or on behalf of, School through School’s use of the Subscription Service.

There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
