Common use of Parent Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Parent Undertaking. Parent hereby fully, irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees the full, complete and timely performance of all agreements, covenants and obligations of its Subsidiaries, when performance of the same shall be required in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
