Parent Vue. 2. A District system of grading and reporting shall be established using progress report forms which are a part of this Agreement. Schools may supplement or request a waiver to replace progress report forms. Parent conferences and issuing of report cards will not occur until after at least one workweek (5 workdays) after the reporting period has ended, except for the final reporting period when report cards at the elementary level will be issued on the last scheduled day of school. Parent conference weeks at elementary schools are intended to accommodate parents; therefore, teachers who have scheduled parent conferences shall be excused from faculty meetings that conflict with the conference.
