Parental Consent. The District agrees to include consulting within the provisions of IDEA in order to address consent. If a student(s) does not have IDEA provisions, written consent of the parent(s) of the specific student(s) must be obtained. General classroom consulting that does not specify an individual student does not require parental consent.
