Under RCW 28A.635.100, it shall be unlawful for any person, singly or in concert with others, to intimidate by threat of force or violence any administrator, teacher, classified employee or student of any common school who is in the peaceful discharge or conduct of his or her duties or studies. Any employee subject to such conduct has the right to end the interaction. The employee shall inform the building administrator, and if necessary, Safety Services. Under such circumstances, administrators and employees will collaborate and agree to determine appropriate communication protocols for future interactions with the person intimidating by threat of force or violence.
