Individual Rights. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the right of any employee having a complaint to discuss the matter through administrative channels and to have the problem adjusted without the intervention of the Association, as long as the Association is notified in writing of the disposition of the matter and such disposition is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

Individual Rights. Neither the County nor Association shall interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against employees because of the exercise of their right to engage in or refrain from Unit activity pursuant to Section 3500 et seq. of the California Government Code.

Individual Rights. 1.5.1.0.0. Both the Board and Bargaining Unit shall comply with the Ontario Human Rights Code. Any alleged violation shall be dealt with pursuant to the procedures in the Code.
