Common use of Pari Passu Obligations Clause in Contracts

Pari Passu Obligations. The Guarantor shall ensure that its obligations hereunder at all times constitute direct, general obligations of the Guarantor ranking at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured, unsubordinated Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness that is preferred by mandatory provisions of law) of the Guarantor.

Pari Passu Obligations. The Each Guarantor warrants and represents that payment obligations and liabilities of such Guarantor under this Guaranty shall ensure that its obligations hereunder at all times constitute direct, general obligations of the Guarantor ranking at least rank pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured, unsecured and unsubordinated Indebtedness payment obligations and liabilities (including contingent obligations and liabilities) of such Guarantor (other than Indebtedness that is those which are mandatorily preferred by mandatory provisions laws or regulations of law) of general application). Each Guarantor shall assure that the Guarantorrepresentation set forth herein is true and correct at all times.

Pari Passu Obligations. The Guarantor warrants and represents that payment obligations and liabilities of the Guarantor under this Guaranty shall at all times rank pari passu with all other unsecured and unsubordinated payment obligations and liabilities (including contingent obligations and liabilities) of the Guarantor (other than those which are mandatorily preferred by laws or regulations of general application). The Guarantor shall ensure assure that its obligations hereunder the representation set forth herein is true and correct at all times constitute direct, general obligations of the Guarantor ranking at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured, unsubordinated Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness that is preferred by mandatory provisions of law) of the Guarantortimes.

The Guarantor shall ensure that its obligations hereunder at all times constitute direct, general obligations of the Guarantor ranking under this Guarantee will rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecuredunsecured and unsubordinated obligations of that Guarantor, unsubordinated Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness that is preferred except as otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law) of the Guarantor.

Pari Passu Obligations. The Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the payment obligations of each Guarantor shall ensure that its obligations hereunder under this Guaranty and each other Guarantor Document are and will at all times constitute direct, be unsubordinated general obligations of the Guarantor ranking such Guarantor, and rank and will at all times rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecuredpresent and future unsubordinated, unsubordinated Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness that is preferred by mandatory provisions unsecured general obligations of law) of the such Guarantor.
