The 'Parking and Security' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use of parking facilities and the security measures in place at a property or premises. Parking and Security. Events determined by the District to be too large to be managed by District’s normally-scheduled staff will require that User arrange for and be responsible for the payment of: (a) an approved, bonded, licensed and insured event parking services and/or (b) approved, bonded, licensed and insured uniformed security guard services and/or (c) off-duty law enforcement personnel. Such determination will be at the District’s sole discretion. It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to make the required parking and security arrangements and payments directly to the parking and/or security provider. Written proof of District-required event parking service and/or security must be provided to the District at least two weeks prior to the event. Failure to provide required parking and/or security will lead to cancellation of this Agreement. User shall ensure any parking service company hired pursuant to this Section complies with all requirements set forth in this Agreement. The parking services company and its employees, shall be deemed “guests” of the User for the purposes of this Agreement and therefore, all requirements applicable to guests and persons entering the District Property shall apply to the parking service company and its employees. All motor vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces only and shall abide by any and all posted and/or painted restrictions. Violators will be cited and/or towed at owner’s or User’s expense. Parking is limited to the areas specifically assigned by the District for use before, during and after the event. Parking fee charges may be applied to any event at the discretion of the District. The District will establish time limits on the use of parking areas as appropriate to the event. Depending on the date and time of the Event, the District may require event attendees to purchase a daily parking permit from the parking permit machines on campus. The User is responsible for informing event attendees that they are to use the assigned parking areas only or purchase a daily parking permit.
Parking and Security. The School Facility may determine at its sole discretion whether the event requires additional parking arrangements or security staff. If such a determination is made by the School Facility, the User must arrange for and be responsible for payment of personnel or the other arrangements necessary to provide those additional parking and/or security requirements. User must provide proof within five (5) days prior to the event that the arrangements have been made and that User has guaranteed payment to those providing those additional services. During the event all motor vehicles of participants must be parked in accord with all posted and/or painted restrictions.
Parking and Security. The Facility will provide free employee parking within a reasonable distance of the workplace. The Facility will provide reasonable security for employees at all times in and around the Facility’s premises. After dark and subject to operational needs of the Facility, a security escort to the parking area will be made available at the request of an employee. The Facility will meet with employees to discuss concerns related to security, if requested to do so.

Parking and Security. Program staff and the City's invitees shall be permitted to park in the available parking spaces at the ▇▇▇▇ School. However, the District makes no warranty or representation that the available parking spaces will be sufficient to meet the parking needs of the City, its employees and invitees and the City shall be solely responsible for locating adequate parking for its employees and invitees. Any uniformed security or other security service employed for the protection of the City's employees and invitees shall be the sole responsibility and at the sole cost and expense of the City. The District shall not provide uniformed security or any other security service at the ▇▇▇▇ School, either during or after regular business hours.
Parking and Security. Tenant may use available unreserved parking spaces on the campus on a first come first served basis. Vehicles that block the ingress, egress, and access of of others may be towed at Tenant’s cost. Landlord is not required to provide any security services for the Leased Premises or Building or parking lot. Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant, its employees, agents, invitees, or licensees for losses due to personal injury, theft, or burglary, or for damages done by any third party.

After dark, a security escort to the parking area or to the Facility will be made available at the request of an Employee. The Facility will provide an escort for Employees between the East Tower and the Main Hospital after dark, if requested. The Facility shall have designated transportation for use by employees in the transfer of supplies and materials between the East Tower and the Main Hospital. The Facility will provide security to patrol the Employee parking lot. Only authorized outside service providers will be allowed to operate businesses in the Employee Parking lot. The Facility will meet with employees to discuss concerns related to security, if requested to do so.
Parking and Security. 4.1 On‐street parking in proximity to the House is extremely limited and it is our policy to ensure, to the fullest extent possible, that it is available for neighborhood residents. Renter and their guests and personnel must park only in designated areas.
4.2 Valet parking must be arranged through Food Glorious Food for events with 40 or more guests.
4.3 Events with fewer than 40 guests are permitted to self‐park only in the designated areas as shown on the attached diagram.
4.4 Guests or service personnel arriving early for unloading may do so, but must then move their vehicles to appropriate parking areas as directed, or allow the valet parkers to do so.
4.5 Security officers must be arranged through Food Glorious Food for events held after 5 p.m. with 40 or more guests.
Parking and Security. If parking is not available within the sallyport for a City Officer delivering a City Arrestee to be booked, the Sheriff should escort the City Arrestee from the sallyport into the Central Booking Facility while the City Officer parks their vehicle outside the sallyport. As soon as the City Officer has parked their vehicle, the City Officer shall retake custody of the City Arrestee to continue the booking process. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ escort of a City Arrestee from the sallyport as described herein shall not be deemed acceptance of the City Arrestee by the County for the purpose of booking and confinement and County shall retain the right not to accept the City Arrestee as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by law. The purpose of this section is to expedite the Arrestee’s entry into the facility, and to prevent Arrestees from being walked into the facility from areas outside the enclosed sallyport.
