Common use of Parking and Signage Clause in Contracts

Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have the right to park in 34 parking spaces in the on-site parking lot that serves the Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent, and provided the same do not reduce or diminish Sublessor’s ability to install its own signs, Sublessee shall have the signage rights described in Section 23.1(b) of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, at Sublessee’s sole cost.

Parking and Signage. Sublessee shall have the right to park in 34 48 unreserved parking spaces in the on-site parking lot facility that serves the 200 Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consent, and provided the same do not reduce or diminish Sublessor’s ability to install its own signs, Sublessee shall have the signage rights described in Section 23.1(b) of the Master Lease, as incorporated hereinSublessee, at Sublessee’s sole costcost and expense, shall have the right to place building standard suite signage at the entrance of the Subleased Premises as well as in the lobby directory.

Sublessee shall have the right to park in 34 40 parking spaces in the on-site parking lot and garage that serves the Building as provided in Section 28 of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein. Subject to Master Lessor’s and Sublessor’s consentconsent (with Sublessor’s consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), and provided the same do not reduce or diminish Sublessor’s ability to install its own signs, Sublessee shall have the signage rights described in Section 23.1(b23.1(i)-(iii) of the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, at Sublessee’s sole cost.
