Parking, Circulation and Access. 3.7.1 The parking area shall be hard surfaced and generally sited as shown on Schedule B. 3.7.2 The parking area shall provide a minimum of 3 parking spaces each of a size compliant with the Land Use By-law for Halifax Mainland. 3.7.3 Pedestrian pathways or gates to an abutting private property shall not be permitted. 3.7.4 A landscaped buffer will be provided along the parking area, as shown on Schedule B. This shall be in the form of a raised garden bed that is permanently installed and framed in with wood or an alternative acceptable to the Development Officer.
