Parking Density Clause Samples
Parking Density. As of the Substitution Effective Date, the Parking Density, as defined in the Basic Lease Information of the Lease, is hereby revised to be 3.5 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises.
Parking Density parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of the rentable area of the Sublease Premises, or 170 parking spaces, all unreserved surface parking, at no additional cost to Subtenant.

Parking Density. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Original Lease, Tenant agrees that the Parking Density shall be 3.27 non-designated parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of rentable area.
Parking Density. The Parking Density for the Premises as expanded herein shall be 105 (3 per 1,000 usable square feet) unreserved parking spaces. All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to the Expansion Premises as well as to the original premises. Dated: 3/17/00
