Common use of Parking Facility Related Clause in Contracts

Parking Facility Related. 11.7.1 In addition to those contained in clause H above, it is clarified that the Project could also contain open spaces which are not forming part of the amenities and facilities mentioned in PART-IV of Schedule A hereto and which could be used for parking. The Promoter hereby reserves right to allot parking rights in these open parking areas exclusively to the allottees of Units in the Project who need the same and apply for the same within period as may be stipulated by the Promoter and the Promoter may give preference to those allottees who do not otherwise have parking space in the Project and against payment of the applicable parking cost therefor.
