Parking Spaces Provided. The Lessee has the right to use, in common with others, the parking lot located west of the Demised Premises. The parking spaces shall be used for parking of motor vehicles only and for use by the Lessee’s employees, tenants and customers only. At no time shall vehicles be allowed to park in the parking lot for more than 48 hours unless prior permission is given by the Airport Director. At no time shall the Lessee, his employees, or his tenants park a boat, trailer, or campers in the parking lot.

Parking Spaces Provided. 58 unreserved spaces in common with other tenants of the project; provided, however, on the Effective Date (as defined in Section 5 of the Second Amendment), Lessee’s parking allocation shall be reduced to 37 unreserved spaces in common with other tenants of the project.”
