Parking Violations. A field employee who, in the regular and authorized performance of his/her duties and because of unavoidable circumstances, receives a City of Berkeley parking violation citation shall be relieved of any and all fines connected therewith if such citation is submitted to the Department Head within three days of the issuance of such citation and the employee submits on a form provided by the City a written explanation of the circumstances under which the parking citation was issued. It is expected that employees shall use their best efforts to avoid parking violations. The City shall not be responsible for payment of parking citations and/or any fines or penalties associated with the failure of an employee to pay a parking citation if the employee did not submit the parking citation to the Department Head within the time limit specified in this paragraph and/or the Department Head determines that the citation was avoidable.
Parking Violations. The employee will be responsible for all fines and payment of same in relation to parking and moving violations while in charge of a Company vehicle. If, in the Company’s opinion, there is a reasonable explanation for such fines and payments, the Company shall reimburse the employee. However, the Company will not normally reimburse employees for fines and payments incurred in moving violations or by parking in bus zones, taxi zones, emergency vehicle parking zones or fire hydrant zones.
Parking Violations. Violations of the parking rules may subject the vehicle owner to citation and fine. Such citations will be issued through the campus security/traffic control office. Any unsatisfied citations must be paid by the Permit Holder prior to receiving final clearance to close out the license granted to the Permit Holder.

Parking Violations. More than five percent (5%) of an audit sample is parked in a manner that does not comply with local and state laws, or more than thirty percent (30%) of the audit sample is parked in a manner that does not comply with other parking requirements herein.

Vehicles parked in the following areas will be towed immediately without notification at the sole expense of the owner of the vehicle: parking in the fire lanes; blocking other vehicles completely or partially; parking in another person’s assigned parking space. Speed limit is not to exceed 5 MPH at any time. There will be no parking of recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, or large trucks on the premises without receiving our prior written authorization.

Since all staff is allowed to park in the structure on Xxxxxxxxx, xxx parking violation section “Vehicle has no valid parking permit” does not apply.
Parking Violations. Any vehicle belonging to any partner, director, officer, shareholder, employee, visitor, customer, supplier, contractor, representative, agent, licensee or business invitee of Tenant (each, a “Tenant Party” and, collectively, the “Tenant Parties”) violating the foregoing parking restrictions or other parking regulations promulgated by Landlord shall be subject to removal at Tenant’s expense. If any Tenant Parties park more vehicles in the parking area than the number set forth in Section 1.17, such conduct shall be deemed a material breach of this Lease after the expiration of applicable notice and cure periods. Any costs (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) incurred by Landlord in connection with the enforcement of the provisions of this Section 10 against Tenant or against any Tenant Parties shall be reimbursed to Landlord by Xxxxxx as additional Rent with the next installment of Base Monthly Rent.
