Common use of PAROL Clause in Contracts

PAROL. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Employer and Employee with respect to the subject matter hereto and, except for any agreement pertaining to the issuance of restricted stock to Employee by Employer or any of its Affiliates, this Agreement supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, undertakings or severance policies or plans by and between Employer or Employer's Affiliates, on the one side, and Employee, on the other side, with respect to the subject matter hereof or Employee's employment with Employer or its Affiliates.

PAROL. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ----- Employer and Employee with respect to the subject matter hereto and this Agreement supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or undertakings by and between Employer and Employee with respect to the subject matter hereto and, except for any agreement pertaining to the issuance of restricted stock to Employee by Employer or any of its Affiliates, this Agreement supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, undertakings or severance policies or plans by and between Employer or Employer's Affiliates, on the one side, and Employee, on the other side, with respect to the subject matter hereof or Employee's employment with Employer or its Affiliateshereof.

PAROL. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Employer and Employee with respect to the subject matter hereto and, except for any agreement pertaining to the issuance of restricted stock to Employee by Employer or any of its Affiliates, and this Agreement supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, undertakings or severance policies or plans by and between Employer or Employer's Affiliates, on the one side, and Employee, on the other side, with respect to the subject matter hereof or Employee's employment with Employer or its Employer's Affiliates.

PAROL.
