Part-time Supervisors Clause Samples
Part-time Supervisors. Supervisors who hold part-time, unlimited appointments and who work at least fifty (50) percent of the time but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time.
Part-time Supervisors. Part-time Supervisors shall inspect or drive for a full day only, except in the case of emergency or extenuating circumstances - no other Operators available.
Part-time Supervisors. Part-Time Supervisors are staff members who work for the district as supervisors and are appointed by the Board of Education on a part-time basis (less than 19.5 hours/week). Part-Time Supervisors shall not negotiate with or be represented by the Leadership Association, cannot become members of the Leadership Association and are not entitled to any benefits, rights, or provisions enjoyed by members of the Leadership Association. The Leadership Association shall vote by majority to approve or disapprove any or all provisions outlined for Part-Time Supervisors as contained in the Leadership Association’s contract. For the term of this Contract, and for the purpose of clarification, Part-Time Supervisors are entitled to an hourly pay rate, determined by the Superintendent and the Board of Education, and approved by the Leadership Association in the following hourly monetary amounts: 2008-2009 $37.00/hour* 2009-2010 $38.00/hour* 2010-2011 $38.00/hour* *Hourly rate will reflect any increase over the above hourly rate as negotiated by the UCVTEA on behalf of teaching employees.
Part-time Supervisors. All part-time supervisor positions will all be paid at the negotiated rate in accordance with time schedules and duty descriptions established by the administration prior to the start of each school year. The Board will reimburse for the paraprofessional licensure fee in the amount of $50.00 Paraprofessionals will generally be scheduled when students are in attendance and may be scheduled as needed when students are not in attendance. If paraprofessional attendance is requested on a non student attendance day, the day must be announced on the first day of school. If paraprofessional attendance is requested at a date with less than 30 working days notice, the paraprofessional shall have the opportunity to decline the additional day without being subject to discipline. Declined dates shall not be compensated unless such day is a personal day. Paraprofessionals will be given the opportunity to work for a period of no more than one
Part-time Supervisors. Part-time Supervisors shall supervise or drive for a full day only, except in the case of emergency or extenuating circumstances (no other Operators available) or up to four (4) hours for supervisor meetings. Any member of the Union appointed to the position of Part-Time Supervisor shall be limited to a term of three (3) years. Operators filling the position of Part-Time Supervisor may re-apply two (2) years after the completion of their term except in the case where there are no other suitable applicants, their term may be extended by six (6) months. This extension may be granted only once per three (3) year term. Part-time Supervisors shall be rotated as far as practical.
