Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year).
Vacation and Sick Leave. At such reasonable times as the Board shall in its discretion permit, the Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:
(a) The Executive shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the policies that the Board periodically establishes for senior management Executives of the Company.
(b) The Executive shall not receive any additional compensation from the Company on account of his failure to take a vacation, and the Executive shall not accumulate unused vacation from one fiscal year to the next, except in either case to the extent authorized by the Board.
(c) In addition to the aforesaid paid vacations, the Executive shall be entitled without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment with the Company for such additional periods of time and for such valid and legitimate reasons as the Board may in its discretion determine. Further, the Board may grant to the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as such Board in its discretion may determine.
(d) In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board.

During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

(b) The Employee shall not receive any additional compensation from the Bank on account of his failure to take a vacation or sick leave, and the Employee shall not accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one fiscal year to the next, except in either case to the extent authorized by the Board.
(c) In addition to the aforesaid paid vacations, the Employee shall be entitled without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment with the Bank for such additional periods of time and for such valid and legitimate reasons as the Board may in its discretion determine. Further, the Board may grant to the Employee a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as such Board in its discretion may determine.
(d) In addition, the Employee shall be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board.
Vacation and Sick Leave. Employee shall be provided with vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures for senior executives as established from time to time.
Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, at such reasonable times as the Board shall in its discretion permit, the Executive shall be entitled without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, provided that:
(a) The Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation in accordance with the policies as periodically established by the Board.
(b) The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company's policies as in effect from time to time.
Vacation and Sick Leave. Employee shall be entitled to a paid vacation of four (4) weeks annually. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to paid time off for personal illness in accordance with Employer's policy for such leave as the same may exist from time to time.
Vacation and Sick Leave. The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to be absent voluntarily from the performance of his duties under this AGREEMENT, subject to the following conditions:
(i) The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the policies periodically established by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS for senior management officials of the EMPLOYERS, the duration of which shall not be less than four weeks each calendar year;
(ii) Vacation time shall be scheduled by the EMPLOYEE in a reasonable manner and shall be subject to approval by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS. The EMPLOYEE shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the EMPLOYERS in the event of his failure to take the full allotment of vacation time in any calendar year; provided, however, that a maximum of one week of unused vacation time in any calendar year may be carried over into any succeeding calendar year; and
(iii) The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to annual sick leave as established by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS for senior management officials of the EMPLOYERS. In the event that any sick leave time shall not have been used during any calendar year, such leave shall accrue to subsequent calendar years, only to the extent authorized by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS. Upon termination of employment, the EMPLOYEE shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the EMPLOYERS for unused sick leave.
Vacation and Sick Leave. Employee shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation per annum during the Employment Term, to be taken at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Employee. The Employee shall be entitled to one (1) week of sick leave per annum during the Employment Term.
Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation periods and sick leave in accordance with the policies of NBTB as in effect as of the Commencement Date or as may be modified by NBTB from time to time as may be applicable to officers of Executive's rank employed by NBTB or its affiliates, but in no event less than four weeks of paid vacation per year.
