Part Tours. Where a nurse(s) is scheduled to work less than a normal tour (7.5 hours), Article H in its entirety applies except as amended by the following: (a) The Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of tours comprised of less than seven and one-half (7½) hours to a minimum. (b) No regular part-time nurse will be scheduled solely on tours which are comprised of less than seven and one-half (7½) hours in any pay period, except where such arrangements are requested by the nurse.
