Common use of Partial Assumption of O&M Agreement Clause in Contracts

Partial Assumption of O&M Agreement. To the extent assigned as set forth above, Assignee hereby assumes all of Assignor’s duties and obligations under the O&M Agreement arising and accruing from and after the date of this Assignment, and Assignee further succeeds to the interests of Assignor under the O&M Agreement.
