Partial Change of Control Sale. If a portion, but less than all, of the shares of Preferred Stock held by any Holder are purchased in accordance with this Section 8 on any particular date, the Corporation shall promptly thereafter reflect in the Register the remaining shares of Preferred Stock held by such Holder.
