Common use of Partial Disability Clause in Contracts

Partial Disability. 4.3.1 In the event an employee is determined fit to return to work on a part-time basis, benefits for the difference between the part-time and full-time hours will be paid in accordance with the schedule provided in 4.1.1 above. In no case shall the application of full and/or partial benefits extend beyond the benefit schedule provided. Care of Newborn Child (CNG}
