Common use of Partial Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Partial Enforceability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or construed restrictively rather than voided, if possible, to give effect to the intent of the parties to the extent possible, and if modification or restrictive construction is not possible, it shall be severed. In any event, all of the other provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and enforceable.
