Common use of Partial Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Partial Enforceability. If any provision contained in Sections 8.4 or 10, or any part thereof, is construed to be invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not affect the remainder of the Executive's agreements, covenants and undertakings, or the other restrictions which he has accepted, in Sections 8.4 or 10, and the remaining such agreements, covenants, undertakings and restrictions shall be given the fullest possible effect, without regard to the invalid parts.
