Partial Interim Service Sample Clauses

The Partial Interim Service clause defines the provision of services on a temporary or limited basis before the full scope of services under the main agreement is delivered. In practice, this clause allows one party to begin performing certain agreed-upon tasks or deliverables while the remaining services are still being finalized or prepared. For example, a vendor might start providing essential support or preliminary work while the full contract is still under negotiation or pending approval. The core function of this clause is to ensure continuity and minimize delays by allowing critical services to commence early, thereby addressing urgent needs or bridging gaps until the complete service arrangement is in place.
