Common use of Partial Invalidity; Severability Clause in Contracts

Partial Invalidity; Severability. If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is determined by an arbitrator or a court, as the case may be, to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, then such term, provision, covenant, or condition shall be deemed ineffective and unenforceable and shall be deemed separable from the remaining provisions of this Agreement. Further, such determination shall not render any other term, provision, covenant illegal, void or unenforceable, and the remaining terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such partial invalidity.
