Partial Invalidity; Severability. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement, but this Agreement shall be construed, so far as is reasonable and possible, as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or provisions had never been contained herein or in a manner that is reasonable and reflects the intent of the parties hereto.
